The Vice leash has been in the works for about 3 years development now. It is one of the first engineered bicep leashes for bodyboarding. The cuff band (which has an ergonomically shaped design) is made from 'leather-like' PolyUrethane which is strong and rigid. The inner cuff has soft rolled edges/piping and neoprene backing for comfort. The strap has strong flexi-webbing to allow for 'breathing' while paddling. Connection point is what we call 4-D movement : a brass swivel and stainless steel connection ring with double re-inforced stitching. Our coil is a custom molded German BSP Polyurethane which has high tensile tolerance and high memory recoil (snap back)...not extruded Polyethylene like standard coils that can lose memory quickly. Comes with plug and rail saver.
We are really stoked about the release of the Vice Leash since we have been fine tuning this piece with help from a supplier that also has snowboard accessory experience; with this we were able to introduce some of their best materials into our technology and sport.
No.6 also has two more groundbreaking leashes for different styles releasing this year...the development of the Vice Leash gave birth to a few ideals that will definitely add to the progression of bbd equipment worldwide.
These leashes come in three sizes:
*Small (Women and Grom - 2.75" diameter cuff, for riders under 115 lbs)
*Standard (M-L - 3.25" diameter cuff, for riders 120-190 lbs
*Wide (L-XL - 4.25" diameter cuff, for riders 200 lbs+)
